Software Open Question iPhone Software Update Window Loading Foreverr on iTunes iOS 7

Im downloading iOS 7 on itunes because i heard if you have 3.1GB and lower in your usage you cant download on air or wirelessly.. And yeah Im lower then 3.1GB sadly and I deleted ALL my apps but it says I only have 1.4GB left .. And used like most of it.. Yet I deleted all my apps Wtf.

Anyways back to the topic so here I am trying to get iOS 7 through itunes and its just like looooading forever on the iPhone Software Update im pretty sure this is not suppose to happen or something TT Its starting to piss me off...
Im wondering if this is suppose to happen.. I need a good answer ASAP please D
